This variety is characterized by its compactness and its leaf production. It also does not bloom as fast. The leaves and seeds can be used both as a condiment but have a distinct flavor so are also considered as two different spices. The leaves of this dry cilantro lose flavor, but freezing can be a good alternative if you want to keep for later use.
