Chinese chives are a feast for the eyes in our herb garden with their beautiful flowers (bloom from June to September) and reaches a height of approx. 50cm.

In the kitchen it is not only an important condiment in Asian cuisine but also a popular alternative to traditional garlic (if used fresh), with a similar flavor but still the typical odor on the breath.
