This Jalapeno is a much more compact plant and has smaller chiles. This very fleshy variety also has the typical growth stripes like the common Jalapenos. The spicy level is somewhat lower. This variety is suitable for pickling with onions and carrots, which are also often used for fillings tacos or burritos .

These fleshy varieties of peppers are unsuitable for drying.
